Led by Occupational Therapists\, Certified Low Vision Therapists\, Teachers of the Visually Impaired\, and Orientation & Mobility Specialists. This camp provides interactive experiences that include organization\, list making\, grocery shopping\, money management\, and cooking. \nPlease RSVP by August 6\, 2026. Cost is $300 per participant. \nDay 1: \n\nLabeling to make life easier: tactile and audio labels for clothing\, personal items and more\nTechnology to help identify items: color identifiers\, apps\, portable video magnifiers and more\nKeeping your home and space clean: cleaning methods and tools\nPlanning and preparing a meal: setting up a meal plan and planning a grocery list\nMoney handling: money identifiers\, apps\, and folding methods\n\nDay 2: \n\nGrocery shopping experience\nPre-meal prep\nEating methods and enjoying a meal!\n\n

DESCRIPTION:Audio & Braille Literacy Enhancement\, Vision Forward Association\, the Wisconsin Talking Book and Braille Library and Beyond Vision\, in cooperation with the Milwaukee and suburban school districts\, are hosting this intergenerational event.
