Mainstreaming on Mainstreet (MoMS) Connectors Table

Mainstreaming on Main Street® (MoMS) is a learning community of and for persons with disabilities who engage in professional or skilled settings. The MoMS Connectors Table is a forum for adults to explore topics related to the dance of being a professional and having a disability.
Each connectors table starts with a brief introduction to frame the conversation. The conversation is directed by the experiences of the participants. Featured topics include: Perspectives on disability, Talking about disability: wholeness and brokenness, Micro-aggressions and marginalization, Fixing, helping, serving, Disclosing disability, Disability archetypes, and Building a team.
Offered: 2nd Thursday of the month: July 9, August 13, September 10; 4:00 – 5:00 pm
4th Saturday of the month: July 25, August 22, September 26; 10:30 – 11:30 am
