By learning to share more deeply about your personal journey, you can find ways to embed empathy in the work you do. Join us for a storytelling workshop that will help you craft and tell meaningful stories. Learn basic storytelling techniques and have an opportunity to write and tell a story of your own. You will also have a chance to receive and provide feedback, an essential element in building strong stories.
This workshop is hosted by Miriam Carey, a professional communicator, author, and storyteller. Miriam currently serves as the global communications manager for
Protiviti, a global consulting firm. She is also the author of three books, and has launched, written for, and edited regional and national magazines including LongWeekends and Industry Week magazines. Miriam has told stories at events like The Moth and Story Jam.
