Virtual Yoga: Finding Your Calm

Myra’s Virtual Yoga and Meditation class is a one-hour session focusing on conscious breathing and exploring basic seated Yoga postures to support a state of relaxation. This class utilizes fluid and slow warming motions including detailed instruction so all participants are able to get into postures with ease. This class will encompass everything from gentle Yoga poses, and exploration of breathing techniques, visual and mindful meditation, and balancing energy. We will find our calm in both mind and body.
