Virtual Yoga: Finding Your Calm

Myra’s Virtual Mindful Yoga and Meditation class focuses on conscious breathing and exploring basic seated Yoga postures to support a state of relaxation. Fluid and slow warming motions are used that include detailed instruction so participants can easily get into postures. The class encompasses everything from gentle Yoga poses, an exploration of breathing techniques, visual meditation, mindful meditation, and balancing energy. We will find our calm both in mind and in body.
