Virtual Yoga: Finding Your Calm

Myra’s Virtual Mindful Yoga and Meditation class is a one-hour session focusing on conscious breathing and exploring basic seated Yoga postures to support a state of relaxation. This class utilizes fluid and slow warming motions that will include detailed instruction so all participants will be able to get into postures with ease. This class will encompass everything from gentle Yoga poses, an exploration of breathing techniques, visual meditation, mindful meditation, and balancing energy. We will find our calm both in mind and in body.
