Children’s Program Fees
Early Education
We continue to advance our practices and ensure the highest level of quality care for your child. To help cover the costs of our services, Vision Forward will charge class rates monthly. The rate charged varies depending on the number of days per week a child is enrolled and considers center closures, absences, therapies**, and holidays. Upon request, your family will receive a year-end tax statement. Our tax ID number is: 39-0808506.
We are committed to ensuring success for children who have visual impairments. We will work with each family individually to explore all options, for financial assistance to find a plan that works for their individual situations. Scholarships may also be available for families in need.
- Customary Rate: $75/day; Billed monthly, Monthly charge varies (see chart below) depending on the number of days per week a child is enrolled and considers closures, absences, therapies**, and holidays.
** Please note that children enrolled in the early education program, who receive therapy or specialized vision services may only be in the classroom for a portion of the day depending on their time receiving Medicaid funded therapy services (OT, PT, SLP) or separately funded CLTS vision services and/or music therapy services. These separately funded services may occur within the classroom or in a separate environment.
- CLTS Note: Outcomes for some children in Early Education align with Health and Wellness S5190 U7 because they are based on maintaining or improving the health, wellbeing, socialization, and inclusion of the participant with their family and peers in the community. Outcomes can include assistance with issues regarding living with a disability and having a healthy lifestyle, such as physical activity and sensory regulation. Services occasionally occur in the community at a grocery store, park, or other community location. Outcomes for some children in Early Education may also align with Daily Living Skills Training T2013 HQ, UN, or UP because they are based on providing education and skill development or training to support the participant’s ability to independently perform routine daily activities and effectively use community resources. These instructional services, provided by qualified professionals, focus on skill development that directly benefit the participant, such as personal hygiene, food preparation, community mobility.
