Summer Sensory Club

Developed and led by Vision Forward’s multi-disciplinary team, this group will provide stimulating, multi-sensory experiences to help your child engage with the world around them!
Summer Sensory Club is designed for younger children with visual impairments, developmentally aged 0-5 years old, including those with additional disabilities. Each child must be accompanied by an adult caregiver or parent. Upon request, siblings may be accommodated.
Summer Sensory Club begins with engaging musical activities that will enhance your child’s understanding of cause and effect, build social skills, and more! It ends with our Teacher of the Visually impaired, fostering family engagement as you assist your child in individualized, sensory exploration experiences targeting learning and growth in all areas of development, especially vision and compensatory (auditory and tactile)skills.
