Chris's Story

Chris is a guitarist, a gearhead, and a Lion.

Living with diabetic retinopathy from type 1 diabetes hasn’t slowed him down. Through weekly guitar lessons with Vision Forward’s music therapist, Chris gained the confidence to play, explore his independence, and discover just how much he can accomplish despite vision loss. His love for music and his bold spirit recently led him to join the Lions, and he continues to Be Seen for his talents, skill and determination.
