Weekly TEC Talks on Facebook Live
Fridays at 10:00 am, resuming June 5
Vision Forward is hosting TEC Talks on Facebook Live every Friday at 10:00 am for people to see live demonstrations of assistive devices and be able to ask questions.  Check our Facebook page to see what the topic is for this week!

Join us for this session on topics from identifying items in the home or office to product identification in the kitchen or at the store.  Learn how technology makes answering this question quick and simple.

Cooking Sense: Adaptive Kitchen Tools to Make Cooking Safer and Easier
Cooking Sense explores and demonstrates a variety of adaptive techniques and tools for individuals with vision loss that allow you to cook using your senses! Join Rose Visser, occupational therapist and activities of daily living instructor at Vision Forward, for an overview of a number of adaptive kitchen tools that can help you to prepare food safer and easier.

You may use your computer to view this archived video session or listen to the podcast.  Visit www.vision-forward.org/infocus and choose either the YouTube link, for video, or podcast link, for audio only. You may also access the audio content with your Alexa or Google Home. Simply ask your device to play the InFocus Low Vision and Blindness Technology podcast, to hear the latest episode.

Music Therapy on Facebook Live!
Join in the fun with Ms. Emily, our Music Therapist, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am, on the Vision Forward Parents’ Facebook Group. Grab some instruments if you have them (or get creative with household items) and play along!

To access the Facebook Live Music Therapy Group, please visit our private Parents’ Facebook Group to request to be included in this group.
